    Noel was our server today. She was tenative and friendly. our food was good and service was efficient. We actually have food to go home because the portions are so big. Prices werent too bad. It was my bday so they gave me a free ice cream!

    Worst service ever!! My friends and I went out to have lunch last week. We waited about an hour before we got our food and the restaurant wasn't even busy. On top of that when our food came out you could tell that he had been reheated. The pasta that one of my friends got was dry as could be the waiter even brought out extra pasta sauce even though we didn't ask for it which means one of the cooks had to have seen the pasta was dry and just through that in so we wouldn't complain. Another friend had the chicken crispers the crust on the outside was so dark, it look as if they had bad oil or refried them one to many times. NEVER GOING TO THIS LOCATION AGAIN!!!

    Chili's still has the best chips in town. They are crispy, thin, salty and light. The salsa is always consistent and pretty good as well. So we always opt for the chips and salsa appetizer. For my meal I ordered the honey chipotle chicken crispers. The meal comes with fries and corn on the cob. I give 2 thumbs up to all these!!
    You have to be careful with chili's. They always have pretty good margaritas. The chips and salsa are always good. I really like the chicken crispers. Sometimes I've experienced the burgers a bit on the medium side when ordered well done or medium well. The fries are always good. So my last review of chili's was pretty low but this time was a great experience. Oh and our waiter was the bar tender. When we walked in and realized he was going to wait on us we thought, oh boy here we go,,,but he was on it!  He was fast, attentive and very nice.

    Had a wonderful experience tonight. They messed up our order but the manager came out and made sure we were ok and if we needed anything before our food can out. Probably the best customer service I have ever experienced. Thank you for making our night perfect! Will def be back:)
    Our server was amazing too. Love attentive service!

    My husband and I went out to dinner at this chili's on a Friday night at 8:30pm. We waited for 10 mins to get a table. Which was fine, but once we were sat the server never came to the table. We waited at the table for 15 mins. So we got up and left. We will never return.
